在「山水工業門電機」安裝之前，請檢查門體的運行情況，應使門體運行平穩，無卡滯；平衡系統良好，能輕松用手推拉門運行。

具體步驟如下：

1、選取合適的「先鋒工業門電機」安裝位置，劃好線，并根據劃線位置在墻體上鉆好安裝板用膨脹螺釘孔。


1. Choose the suitable installation position of "Pioneer Industrial Door Motor", draw the line, and drill the expansion screw hole for the installation board on the wall according to the location of the line.


2、在門軸上先套入一個固定套，然后把主機套入門軸上。用M10螺栓將機器緊固定在安裝板上（安裝板在機器的左右側皆可以）


2. Insert a fixed sleeve on the door axle first, and then put the main frame sleeve on the entry axle. Fix the machine tightly on the installation board with M10 bolt (the installation board is available on both sides of the machine)


3、調好位置，注意應使機器上的手動鏈條垂直于地面（機器水平、豎直均可），用膨脹路額定把安裝板緊固定在鉆好孔的墻上，并上緊四個M10螺絲。


3. Adjust the position, pay attention to make the manual chain on the machine perpendicular to the ground (horizontal and vertical machine), fix the installation plate on the wall of the drilled hole with the rated expansion path, and tighten four M10 screws.


4、拉動紅色拉手到手動工作位置，，并輕拉手動鏈條使門軸上的鍵槽和主機上的鍵槽對齊，插入6*80的平鍵，然后把第二個固定套嵌入門軸中，并使左右兩側的固定套靠近機器軸端面，并上緊止頭螺釘，以防止機器和平鍵掉落出現以外。


4. Pull the red handle to the manual working position, and gently pull the manual chain to align the keyway on the door axle with the keyway on the main engine, insert the 6*80 flat key, then insert the second fixed sleeve into the door axle, and make the left and right fixed sleeves close to the end face of the machine axle, and tighten the stop screw to prevent the machine and the flat key from falling out. Now outside.
